Guidance and accompaniment in ecosocial conflict resolution

We listen to, investigate and analyze the conflict (mapping of actors, detection of springboards and restraints for its resolution...).

We design a proposal of intervention that will be adjusted according to the needs of each moment.

We intervene in different sectors (technical, political, social, environmental, etc.) and levels of conflict (personal-group-social, emotional-mental-performative).

We use group facilitation techniques and mediation formulas that we create specifically for each case.

We give shape to the consensus and agreements so as to facilitate their implementation and we celebrate every breakthrough we make in this direction.

Monitoring and social evaluation of impact projects in a given territory.

We study the territorial framework and the social context where the will for action is projected.

We design protocols, venues and mechanisms for the participation of each of the social agents, in order to adapt the project to the idiosyncrasy of each territory.

We stimulate and monitor the participatory processes in search of consensus around the specificities of the project.

Theoretical and practical exploration and generation of knowledge about conflict resolution

We enrich the interventions for conflict resolution and governance building with specialized literature, technical reports and similar experiences.

We reflect on practical cases and draw lessons that can be extrapolated to other contexts.

We plan the projects to incorporate epistemological objectives (understanding of the sphere of action, systematization of processes, evaluation of experiences, etc.).

We participate and encourage forums and workshops on the subject in order to share knowledge with other professionals and practitioners in the sector.

We develop studies and research proposals, and write articles and technical reports to contribute to the advancement of this area of study.

We identify best practices found in sustainable development projects and help in their dissemination to serve as replicable references.

We locate and interview local people who can share their account, their first-hand experience and their perception of the identified practices.

We collaborate with communications teams in the dissemination of successful cases of sustainable, fair and participatory development.

Dissemination and education about dialogue and consensus for dealing with public problems.

Dissemination:

We raise awareness about consensual approaches to the management of environmental conflicts through presentations at various conferences, the publication of opinion articles and the dissemination of events, news and experiences through social networks.

We elaborate guides that help to familiarize administrations, companies and social entities with the practice of mediation.

We offer training and consultancy to social entities, public administrations and companies so that they can lead and implement processes of dialogue and consensus in socio-environmental conflicts.

We create gamified materials to facilitate the understanding and integration of key elements of conflict resolution and local governance building.
